If you can run Java 6, you can run "Postal Package Editor by Echo" for sure!. It can be run in Windows Xp, Vista and Mac OSX. 
This program can navigate all kinds of The Sims 3 package files, and parse/display/write many resources, including OBJDs, OBJKs, STBLs, XMLs, CSTRs, GEOMs, NMAPs, DDSs, PNGs, VPXYs, Texture compositors and the various text-based formats.


Installation Guide :
- Go to http://www.java.com/en/download/manual.jsp and install the up-to-date version of Java for your operating system (if you don't already have it)
- Download the latest version of the Postal installer from http://sourceforge.net/projects/postal-sims3 
- Double click on the file you have downloaded, and follow the Wizard. Make sure you put in the correct path to your Sims 3 installation when it prompts you!

Have a Sim call for pizza. When the pizza delivery man arrives, do not accept the pizza. The delivery man will eventually leave the pizza on the front porch, and it will never get stale. You can stack as many pizzas there as you want. If your Sims get hungry, just tell them to get a pizza from the front porch. 

Get A List Of Cheats

Press : Ctrl-Shift-C 

Type "help" into the cheat box. 

Static Needs

Press :  Testing cheats on Mail box 

Once the TestingCheatsEnabled True code has been activated, you can shift-click on the mailbox outside of your sims' house to fill their needs bars using the 'Make all happy' option and freeze them with 'Make Motives Static.'

Age Sims Prematurely

Buy a birthday cake even before you Sims birthday and have them blow out the candles and they will age when they blow them out 

Trait Modification

Once testingcheatsenabled true has been activated, if you hold the "Shift" key while clicking your active Sim. An option appears were you can edit your Sims traits. 

Teleportation

Press Ctrl+Shift+C to open up the console type in TestingCheatsEnabled True now click shift and click on a place to walk and it should say teleport me here. 

Buy/Build on Already Functioning Community Lots

Normally you are not able to but/build on community lots, but there is a way around that. Press Ctrl-Alt C and enter testingcheatsenabled true, right-click on the floor and you have the option to Buy/Build on this lot, along with teleportation. You can redecorate or demolish that lot. Using this cheat with The Sims 3 World Adventures Expansion Pack, you can see hidden traps and chambers and even enter them by deleting the walls or sealed doors without going through lengthy missions! 

BUY DEBUG

Love playing TS3 World Adventure but hate having to go to China, Eygpt, or France to get some of the stuff, like the plants...objects and animals? (AND THAT DAMN AXE) Well look no more. There is a BUYDEBUG cheat, which unlocks all of the stuff usually hidden until you travel, ,including the EYE OF HORUS...and PANGU'S AXE. Yes it's cheating but it helps. I have tried this in my game and it works. 

How to get there ?

CTRL+SHIFT+C, then type in testingcheatsenabled true in the blue screen, (which should close once you press enter)
Repeat this, only this time type in buydebug. Go into buy mode and press the 2nd tab, the sorted one, to see a detailed tab with a ? on it.
This is what you want people. Have fun. 

Workout Without Getting Fatigued

Go to the mailbox out front of your house .You must have testing cheats enabled by typing [testingcheatsenabled true] without brackets. Once you have entered that cheat go to your mailbox out front of your house and Shift click on the mailbox. A number of options will appear and one of those option will say need static. Click this and then go to anywhere u wish to do a workout. This cheat will allow you to workout continuously without fatigue. 

make your neighbor your housemate!

Press :ctrl alt c. type: testingcheatsenabled true. invite anybody from the neighborhood u like(or dislike) shift click on that sim and 'add to family' 

Force Twins

first enter testingcheatsenabled true. then click on a pregnant sim. Then do ctrl+shift+c and type in: forcetwins 

Get free police car!

Go to : mailbox 
after testingcheatsenabled true has been entered, when you click on the mailbox, it will say set career, click on law enforcement and become a spy, it will give you a police cruiser in your sims invetory, then, you can just quit the job!

Baby Situation:

The deal with the apples and watermelons are that if you eat three apples, you get increased chances of a boy, eating three watermelons increase your chances of having a girl. 

do you want twins or triplets? Watch the kids channel on the TV or listen to the children's music station on the stereo. Doing either of them increase the chance slightly, but doing both at the same time increases it greatly. I did this and i got twins.

to be able to pick your babies triats you have to keep the mommy happy during pregnancy. have her in a steady happy mood throuought the three day pregnancy.

Enam Nelayan Indonesia Masih Ditahan Malaysia

Jakarta (ANTARA) - Sebanyak enam nelayan tradisional asal Kelurahan Brandan Timur dan Kelurahan Sei Billah, Kecamatan Brandan Barat, Kabupaten Langkat, Sumatera Utara, masih ditahan oleh Polisi Malaysia di Kedah, Malaysia, sejak 9 Juli 2010.

Demikian keterangan pers Sekretaris Jenderal Koalisi Rakyat untuk Keadilan Perikanan (Kiara) M. Riza Damanik yang disampaikan kepada pers di Jakarta, Sabtu.

Riza Damanik mengatakan nelayan yang masih ditahan, yaitu Zulham (40), Ismail (27), Amat (24), Hamid (50), Syahrial (42) dan Mahmud (42).

Yang memprihatinkan, kata dia, Pemerintah Malaysia maupun Kedutaan Besar RI di Malaysia tidak memberikan informasi terkait status keenam nelayan asal Sumatera Utara tersebut.

Hal ini berbeda dengan tindakan bersama yang diambil oleh Menteri Kelautan dan Perikanan Fadel Muhammad dengan Menteri Luar Negeri Marty Natalegawa saat melepas tujuh pencuri ikan asal Malaysia.

Sejak 2008, sudah lebih dari 50 nelayan tradisional asal Langkat mengalami persoalan serupa. Mereka dituduh memasuki wilayah laut Malaysia tanpa izin, tepatnya di kawasan Batu Putih, sekitar dua mil laut sebelum perbatasan laut Indonesia-Malaysia.

Kiara berharap, Pemerintah Indonesia segera melakukan diplomasi untuk membebaskan keenam nelayan itu.

"Keluarga keenam nelayan tersebut baru mengetahui informasi keberadaan kepala keluarga mereka dari TKI," katanya.

Hubungan Indonesia dengan Malaysia memanas dalam beberapa hari terakhir menyusul insiden saling tangkap di Perairan Bintan, Kepulauan Riau pada 13 Agustus 2010. Tiga petugas Kementerian Kelautan dan Perikanan (KKP) menangkap tujuh nelayan Malaysia yang mencuri ikan di perairan tersebut.

Saat menggiring tujuh nelayan, Polisi Laut Malaysia kemudian menangkap tiga petugas KKP dan melepas tembakan peringatan. Ketiga petugas kemudian ditahan beberapa hari di Johor Malaysia sebelum akhirnya dilepaskan. Pada saat yang sama, aparat keamanan Indonesia melepas tujuh nelayan Malaysia.

Aksi unjuk rasa di kedubes kedua negara terjadi beberapa hari terakhir.

Matahari bangun. Bangkitnya Sang Surya membuat para astronom bersiaga penuh.

Minggu ini,

beberapa media Amerika Serikat (AS) memberitakan, Badan Antariksa AS, NASA m

emperingatkan 'tsunami Matahari' yang menciptakan fenomena aurora

-- saat suar Matahari memukul perisai Bumi awal Agustus lalu, hanya permulaan.
Itu hanya awal dari badai Matahari masif yang berpotensi merusak jaringan listrik dan satelit di seluruh planet Bumi.

NASA telah menangkis semua pemberitaan itu dengan mengatakan, hal itu bisa terjadi 'dalam waktu 100 tahun atau hanya 100 hari'. Namun astronom Australia mengatakan, komunitas ilmuwan luar angkasa bertaruh badai Matahari bisa datang lebih cepat.

Meski mengeluarkan bantahan, NASA telah mengawasi aktivitas badai di Matahari sejak 2006. Dan berita yang beredar di AS menyebut badai matahari bisa terjadi di tahun bencana yang 'diramalkan' Hollywood -- 2012.

Kilas balik ke belakang, badai Matahari pada 1859 dan 1921 menyebabkan kekacauan, badai itu memutus jaringan telegram dalam skala yang masif. Dan, badai 2012 diduga lebih berefek negatif.

"Konsensus umum di kalangan para astronom, badai Matahari pada 2012 atau 2013 akan jadi yang terburuk dalam 100 tahun terakhir," kata dosen astronomi dan kolumnis, Dave Reneke, seperti dimuat laman News.com.au, 25 Agustus 2010.

Peringatan khususnya ditujukan untuk maskapai penerbangan, perusahaan telekomunikasi, dan siapapun yang tergantung pada sistem GPS modern.

"Bahkan bisa memutus rangkaian listrik dan 'memukul' satelit yang mengorbit, seperti yang terjadi tahun ini," tambah Reneke.

Namun, ilmuwan tak begitu peduli apakah badai Matahari berikutnya terburuk dalam sejarah, ataukah separah badai 1859.

Yang jadi sumber kegelisahan adalah fakta bahwa masyarakat kita sangat tergantung dengan teknologi. Meski tak ada yang bisa memprediksikan efek badai Matahari 2012-2013 dalam masyarakat digital.

Sementara itu, Dr Richard Fisher, Direktur Divisi Heliophysics NASA, mengatakan, pukulan badai super seperti 'sengatan' yang bisa menyebabkan bencana bagi kesehatan dunia, layanan darurat, bahkan keamanan nasional -- jika tak ada tindakan pencegahan yang diambil.

Dan Amerika jadi kampiun. Awal tahun ini AS menyelenggarakan latihan Boulder, Colorado, untuk memetakan apa yang mungkin terjadi jika bumi itu dipukul dengan badai seintens badai 1859 dan 1921.

NASA menyatakan, sesuai laporan National Academy of Sciences, jika badai yang sama dengan 1859 terjadi hari ini, kerugian diperkirakan sebesar $1 sampai $2 triliun. Perlu 10 tahun untuk pemulihan.

Saat badai Matahari menerjang, satelit diduga akan seperti berumur 50 tahun, GPS sama sekali tidak berguna. Dan ledakan badai Matahari diduga memiliki energi setara 100 bom hidrogen. Bom hidrogen memiliki kekuatan lebih besar lagi dari bom atom.

Sekadar diketahui, Maret 1954, AS telah mengujicoba bom hidrogen pertama bernama "Bravo" di Atol Bikini, Kepulauan Marshal, Samudera Pasifik. Bravo berkekuatan 10 megaton TNT atau kira-kira 700 kali energi bom atom Little Boy. Alhasil, jutaan ton pasir, batu karang, tumbuhan, dan fauna laut dalam radius 20 mil beterbangan membentuk cendawan raksasa membakar langit. Tiga Atol Bikini, yakni Bokonijien, Aerokojlol, dan Nam, tidak terlihat lagi di atas permukaan air.

"Kami tahu ini datang, tetapi kita tidak tahu seberapa buruk itu akan terjadi," kata Dr Fisher kepada Reneke dalam edisi terbaru Australasian Science.

"Sistem akan terhenti. Suar Matahari akan mengubah medan magnet di bumi. Itu cepat, seperti petir. Itu efek matahari."
